By accessing or using InboxRouter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to use of the InboxRouter website, dashboard, APIs, and related services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login access secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must use InboxRouter only for lawful business or personal workflows.
2. Service Use
- InboxRouter automates routing of email attachments based on rules you configure. You are responsible for verifying your rules and destination folders.
- You must not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or process unauthorized data.
- You must not interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer protected parts of the platform.
3. Google and Third-Party Services
- InboxRouter integrates with Google APIs. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's terms and policies.
- Paid plans and subscription billing are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
- InboxRouter may use third-party infrastructure and analytics providers to operate and improve the service.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Paid Plans and Billing
- Some features may require a paid subscription.
- Fees, billing intervals, and plan limits are shown in-product at purchase time.
- Unless required by law, paid fees are non-refundable.
6. Availability and Changes
- We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or plans to operate the platform safely.
- We may modify these Terms by updating this page and the effective date.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxRouter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- You are responsible for reviewing routed files and maintaining backups of business-critical documents.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the service and other users.
