Month-end made easy

Close your month faster with predictable invoice collection and organized exports.

Accountant-ready

Invoices are already organized when bookkeeping starts.

No missing docs

Rule-based collection reduces missed vendor invoices.

Searchable folders

Keep clean vendor and client folder structures in Drive.

How it works (3 steps)

Set rules once and let invoice collection run in the background.

Step 1

Connect Gmail

Authorize Gmail once to enable rule-based invoice collection.

Step 2

Define invoice rules

Match by sender, subject, and keywords for each vendor or client.

Step 3

Invoices saved to Drive

Matching invoice attachments are filed into the folder structure you choose.

One email in, one deterministic path out.

Works great for

Freelancers

Invoices from tools and vendors are scattered across inbox threads.

Vendor invoices are organized by month and ready for accounting handoff.

Agencies

Multiple clients and subscriptions generate constant invoice traffic.

Invoices are grouped by client and vendor with less monthly cleanup work.

Small businesses

Month-end reconciliation depends on manually finding attachments.

Invoice folders stay complete and searchable for faster closing.

Trust & privacy

InboxRouter uses deterministic rules that you configure. We only process matched emails, do not read unrelated inbox content, and never store your email content.

Simple pricing for document collection.

Can I organize by vendor/client?

Yes. Rules can route invoices into folders by vendor, by client, or by any structure you prefer for accounting and operations.

Can I backfill past emails?

Yes. Historical sync coverage depends on plan: Pro supports up to 500 historical emails and Business supports up to 5000.
