Can I backfill past emails?

Yes. Historical sync coverage depends on plan: Pro supports up to 500 historical emails and Business supports up to 5000.

Is it safe to connect Gmail?

InboxRouter uses deterministic rules and only processes matched emails. Google app verification is in progress during the waitlist phase, and access is opened gradually.
